The various xOP commands manage user access levels. These commands can either be used as an alternative to (or as a complement ...el admin (+a), and level 9999 grants channel owner (+q). These pre-defined levels may be different for various channels.

Default levels: (3 = voice (+), 4 = halfop (%), 5 = op (@), 10 = protected op/admin (&))
