Koby, also known as ChaoXide, is the founder of #Kametsu and the rest of Kametsu. He's been building websites since 2001 and began designing them in 2004. Koby has in the past worked for several anime fansub groups doing typesetting, timing, karaoke, editing, and encoding. He now strictly encodes for his team under the Kametsu tag doing dual-audio and English dub work. He's offered the use of one of his servers to Xertion codenamed Kusano located in France.
